Kaylee Holden, LMSW-P/US

Kaylee is a Licensed Master Social Worker–Provisional, practicing under supervision, with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She works with teens, young adults, and adults, offering a supportive and straightforward therapeutic approach that helps clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. Her style is honest yet compassionate—clients can expect transparency and encouragement as they work together toward meaningful change. She believes that therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy; sometimes the most impactful progress happens in moments of shared laughter and connection.

She is currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and plans to pursue training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) to deepen her trauma-informed approach. Her commitment is to offer clients a rich toolkit for healing and emotional growth—always within a space that feels safe, inclusive, and empowering.

About Kaylee Holden

Originally from Grapevine, Texas, she recently relocated to Oklahoma to be closer to family. Faith and family are central to her life, and she brings that same sense of grounded connection into her work with clients. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time outdoors, going for walks, and sharing quality time with loved ones—including her pets. She is grateful to be in a season of life that allows her to embrace these moments fully.
