Alisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University. Alisa has training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and is working toward certification. Alisa has found it to be effective in addressing trauma and adverse life events with clients.
Laura is a licensed counselor in the state of Oklahoma, with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling. Laura enjoys working with adults and couples who want to have meaningful relationships with their spouse, family, children, and friends. She has received advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which helps her clients work through self-esteem issues caused by traumatic life experiences.
Page is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley. Page has experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples with a particular interest in new people going through life transitions and relationship issues. Page is trained in motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Chris is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Masters degrees in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and Occupational Education from Oklahoma State University. Chris has experience working in the public school systems, inpatient mental health/addiction facilities, and in private practice.
Jeremy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling – Marriage and Family Therapy from Oral Roberts University. He has experience with children, adolescents, and their parents, helping them to learn skills to improve impulse control and symptoms of anxiety and depression. He’s also experienced in helping others work through grief issues.
Lora is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. She has extensive knowledge and experience in working with families, young children, and adolescents. Lora is trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, an evidenced-based model for those who have experienced a traumatic event and/or are experiencing mental health, attachment, and/or behavioral problems.

We are offering both in-office and telehealth counseling appointments. Although we have found that most insurance are considering telehealth a covered benefit at this point, we ask that you please call your insurance company to determine if you have telehealth benefits.
For in-office counseling sessions, we have a COVID-19 protocol that we are following and you will be emailed a copy of the consent form, as part of the intake paperwork when you become an Empowered Life Counseling client. For specific questions, please feel free to consult your therapist within the practice.
